Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead high-level ministry leaders who lead across all congregations
• Work alongside Lead Pastor to help coach and equip campus pastors
• Oversee all HR and Legal areas, including, but not limited to:
• Payroll
• Benefits
• Hiring
• Onboarding
• Retention
• Insurance
• Oversee financial health and well being of Anchor Church
• Prepare annual budget by working with ministry and campus

leadership

• Oversee employee spending cards
• Oversee accountant
• Donor recruitment & retention
• Lead big-picture facility acquisition and management
• Preach regularly at all Anchor campuses
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
